5-Panel Hair Drug Testing Our 5-panel hair drug test is a trusted and reliable screening option commonly used for court-ordered testing, probation compliance, pre-employment, promotions, and annual workplace requirements. The drug test screens for the following substances: Marijuana (THC) Cocaine Opioids Amphetamines Phencyclidine (PCP) Drug tests have stringent procedures in place for: Hair follicle samples Chain of custody (ensuring the sample is handled properly and cannot be tampered with) Testing of samples (using approved laboratories) Review of results by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to ensure accuracy and consider any legitimate medical explanations for positive results Types of Tests: Pre-employment Testing: Before hiring for a safety-sensitive position. Random Testing: Unpredictable, unannounced testing throughout the year. Court Ordered/ Probation Testing: If anyone who is apart of the legal system is requesting testing. Promotion Testing: If an employer is requesting testing in preparation of an employment promotion. Annual Testing: If an employer is requesting testing as apart of an annual review. Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for services. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before start time. No call no show will NOT result in a refund, customer will need to pay for another appointment in full. A 15 minute grace period is provided. If the arrival is BEYOND 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, customer will need to pay for another appointment in full.
