If the alleged father is not available, his mother or father can test in his place to determine whether or not they are the biological grandparent of the child. Running late? A 15 minute grace period is provided. If the arrival is BEYOND 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, customer will need to pay for another appointment in full.
