The results to this test can be used for legal purposes such as, birth certificate amendments, child support orders, and other benefits. PRICE INCLUDES: 1 Alleged Father 1 Child *There is an extra fee to add on additional alleged fathers & children, please call 412-952-6524 to discuss pricing. Running late? A 15 minute grace period is provided. If the arrival is BEYOND 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, customer will need to pay for another appointment in full.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided if cancellation/ rescheduling is requested in less than 24 hours.
