This test is for informational purposes only and the results to this test cannot be used for any legal purposes. Price Includes: 1 Alleged Father 1 Child *There is an extra fee to add on additional alleged fathers & children, please call 412-952-6524 to discuss pricing. Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for services. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before start time. No call no show will NOT result in a refund, customer will need to pay for another appointment in full. A 15 minute grace period is provided. If the arrival is BEYOND 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment, customer will need to pay for another appointment in full.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us more than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be provided if cancellation/ rescheduling is requested in less than 24 hours.
